of Harbin Boiler Factory, Lanzhou Oil Refining Factory, Lanzhou
Xigu Thermal Power Plant, Lanzhou Water Plant, Ningxia Northwest
China Bearing Factory and Shizuishan Power Plant, some of them
were state key projects listed in the State First Five-year
Plan and Seconde Five-year Plan.
